Skyhookssolutions.com.au is a work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the
right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely
your responsibility to keep up to date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the
Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.

Privacy
The details you give us are essential for the processing your order, and for billing, therefore failure to provide these details
will result in the cancellation of your order. By placing an order through Skyhooks Industry Training, you agree to provide us
with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general
Terms and Conditions.

You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with Australian texts and
national laws in place. You can at any time make a request to Skyhooks Solutions to find out what personal information we hold
concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.

Cookies
Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data
from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously
visited the site. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

Intellectual Ownership
All the content on Skyhooks Solutions’ website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of
Skyhooks Group PTY LTD. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior
and express authorisation by Skyhooks Solutions. All information, content and files are protected by International law concerning
intellectual ownership and copyright. Skyhooks Solutions cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you
do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an
offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.

Third Party
Skyhooks Group PTY LTD, Skyhooks High Access Solutions, or Skyhooks Industry Training will not, under any circumstances,
be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his/her activities on the site.

Payment of Fees
Skyhooks Industry Training currently offers one way to pay for your order online, Stripe. These payment options use advanced
SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Skyhooks Industry Training is charged as
the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account
with Stripe to use these methods of payments. Please refer to Stripe.com/au for full terms and conditions of use.

Payment Terms
“Remaining fees”, “remaining fees payment” or any combination there of, referenced in these terms and conditions defines
the cost amount of the type of course you have purchased, minus the initial deposit of $350.00 (AUD).

After the initial deposit is paid, the payment of the remaining fees must occur prior to or on first day of the course,
please see “Payment Conditions” below.

Payment Conditions
Payments made online, prior to the first day of the course, will not incur any additional fees.

Payment of the remaining fees may be paid on the first day of the course under the following conditions:
• No cheques will be accepted
• No AMEX will be accepted
• Credit or debit card payments will incur a 2.9% surcharge on the remaining fee amount.
• Cash or bank draft will be accepted with no surcharge
• Payments of the remaining fees MUST be made by 1200 on the first day of the course.
• If you cannot pay the remaining fees by 1200 on the first day of the course, your deposit and placement in the course
will be forfeited.

Deposit Refund Terms
Your deposit will not be refunded if:
• You do not attend the course you have booked or miss any days and/or do not complete the course.
• If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the course start date and do not re-book.
• You fail the evaluation or assessment
• The course has begun, and you cannot complete it for any reason.
• Payment of the remaining fees is not made by 1200 on the first day of the course.

Your deposit will be transferred if:
• You cancel your booking with in 30 days of the course start date and rebook your course with Skyhooks Industry Training,
this can be done once only, please see “Rebooking” below.
• The course booked is cancelled by Skyhooks Industry Training, and a new course date can be booked.
• Skyhooks Industry Training is unable to complete a course for any reason, if the remaining days of training can be delivered.

Your deposit may be refunded if:
• You cancel your booking more than 30 days from the course start date, and you do not wish to rebook.
• The course booked is cancelled by Skyhooks Industry Training, and a new course date cannot be booked.
• Skyhooks Industry Training is unable to complete a course for any reason, if the remaining days of training cannot be delivered.

Remaining Fees Payment Refund Terms
Your remaining fee’s payment will not be refunded if:
• You do not attend the course you have booked or miss any days and/or do not complete the course.
• You fail the evaluation or assessment
• The course has begun, and you cannot complete it for any reason.

Your remaining fee’s payment may be transferred if:
• The course booked is cancelled by Skyhooks Industry Training, and a new course date can be booked.
• Skyhooks Industry Training is unable to complete a course for any reason, if the remaining days of training can be delivered.

Your remaining fees payment may be refunded, partially or in full, if:
• Skyhooks Industry Training is unable to complete a course for any reason, you may elect to either:
– Be refunded the percentage of the course for which could not be delivered.
– Transfer the remaining fee payment to another course.
• The course booked is cancelled by Skyhooks Industry Training, and a new course date cannot be booked.

Directors Discretion
Any of the above payment terms or conditions may be annulled at any time by the named Director of Skyhooks Industry
Training PTY LTD, in extraordinary circumstances, at their discretion.

Rebooking
If you cancel and rebook a course within 30 days of the original course start date, Skyhooks Industry Training will transfer
the paid deposit to the new course date. This rebooking option is available once only. After this period, a new deposit will
be required to be paid.

Failure of Course
In the event of assessment failure, you may elect to appeal the failure through SPRAT. In which case an appeal will have to
be submitted to SPRAT directly.

Skyhooks Industry Training will not be held liable for the failure your evaluation or assessment.
