Payment of Fees

After initial deposit is paid, the remaining payment of fees must occur prior to first day of course.

Skyhooks Industry Training currently offers one way to pay for your order, Stripe. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Skyhooks Industry Training is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account with Stripe to use these methods of payments. Please refer to Stripe.com/au for full terms and conditions of use.

Deposit Refund Terms
Your deposit may not be refunded if: you do not attend the course you have booked or miss days and do not complete the course. If you cancel your booking within one (1) month of course start date.
In any other situation at the discretion of the Director. A deposit may be refunded in special circumstances at the discretion of the Director.

When a candidate cancels and rebooks within one (1) month Skyhooks will transfer the paid deposit to the new course cases. This rebooking option is available once only. After this period, a new deposit will be required to be paid.

Terms when a Full Refund will be issued

Should a course be cancelled by Skyhooks, a full refund will be issued, or the enrolment will be transferred to the next available dates. If Course cancellation is made more than one (1) month of the course start date. In the unlikely event that Skyhook’s is unable to deliver a course in full for any reason, the candidate will be offered a refund for the percentage of training still remaining to be delivered. In the event of assessment failure, the candidate can appeal through SPRAT. Also refer to Skyhooks’ Complaints and Appeals Procedure.
